Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Anowex (“we”, “us”) collects through anowex.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and plain.

Who we are

Anowex is a software and technology company based in Kattankudy, Sri Lanka. You can contact us at anowexofficial@gmail.com or +94 74 109 8813.

Information you give us

When you use the contact form or the ANOWEX ERP demo request form, you give us details such as your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), business type, number of branches (optional) and the message you write.

• We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo or discuss pricing.
• We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
• The form is delivered to our inbox by an email service provider (Resend) that sends the message on our behalf. Messages are kept in our email for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for our records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share there. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and handles messages under its own terms.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set cookies of its own. It stores one setting in your browser's local storage: your light or dark theme choice, plus your answer to the analytics question below.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how visitors find us, so we can improve the site. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, and receives information about your visit such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. Google processes this on our behalf and may do so in countries outside Sri Lanka.

• Analytics is off until you click Accept.
• You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page. Choosing Decline removes the analytics cookies.
• You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out tools, without affecting how you use this site.

Links to other services

The footer links to our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp accounts. Those services have their own privacy practices, and we do not control them.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to anowexofficial@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Keeping information safe

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are sent straight to our email rather than being stored in a public place. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable care with the information you give us.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. If you have any questions in the meantime, get in touch.
