Sales & POS
Sell at the counter, take payments, hold sales and print receipts.
- Make your first sale at the POSOpen POS Terminal, add items by scanning or searching, check the total and press CASH (or CARD). The sale is saved, stock goes down and the cart clears ready for the next customer.
- Find products at the POS: scan, search and filterType or scan in the search box at the top of the POS. An exact barcode adds the item straight away; a name shows matching tiles. You can also scan with the camera and filter by category or brand.
- Take card, credit or split paymentsUse CASH, CARD or CREDIT for a single payment, or MULTIPLE PAY to split the total between payment methods. A credit sale needs a customer.
- Hold a sale and resume itPress DRAFT to save the cart as a held sale. Open held sales with the hand icon (On-Hold / Draft Bills), choose one and continue to take payment.
- Discounts, extra charges and tax at the POSSelect an item in the cart to change its price or discount. Use Discount for the whole sale and Shipping(+) for extra charges. Tax is added automatically if it is switched on in Settings.
